Survey Results and Ministry Plans
In January and February 2025, we were so blessed to kick-off this ministry. One of the key items we did as part of the launch was to do a needs assessment survey. Thanks to those who participated, we have a much better idea of the needs of the community.
After a great deal of review, analysis, prayer, and discernment, we would like to share the results and take a look ahead at what is next for ARM.
Over 80% of the respondents indicated that they or someone they know has or had a problem with an addiction or unhealthy attachment.
The top items that you as a community want from our ministry are 1. Education 2. Family Support and 3. Individual companionship.
We will be addressing education here on our website as well as through articles in the bulletin in the coming months, with BIG plans for a robust education program for Recovery Month in September.
Individual and family support are available NOW and 100% confidential. Simply email ARM@StMary’sDover.Org or call the parish office to get connected to our Ministry Lead Mark Baldwin, a certified Seton Hall University Certified ITHIRST Spiritual Companion.
